1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Eko Laws app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
2. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Use of the App: The Eko Laws app provides users with access to a simplified and comprehensive database of Lagos state laws. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
4. Account Responsibility: To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Eko Laws or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eko Laws and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for accessing the App.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State, Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
